There comes a moment in an artist’s life when vague encouragement stops being enough. You may still love what you do, you may still feel that art is the only language in which something essential in you can speak honestly, and yet this no longer protects you from confusion. Your work may matter to you deeply, but still feel scattered. You may sense that something real is there, but not yet know how to name it, how to strengthen it, or how to make it visible to others without reducing it to something cheap and mechanical.

And then, almost inevitably, another question appears beside the first. Not only Who am I as an artist? but also How is this supposed to become a life? How do artists actually make money? Why do some practices become legible, trusted, collected, and professionally placed, while others remain private, half-formed, or perpetually postponed for “later”?

This two-part intensive was created for that exact threshold.

It brings together two workshops that address what I believe are among the most difficult and most painful parts of an artist’s path. The first is positioning. The second is monetization. One concerns the inner structure of a practice; the other, the outer reality into which that practice must eventually enter if it is to survive, grow, and take its place in the world with dignity.

In The Artist Positioning Intensive, we go into artistic identity in a serious way. Not as branding in the shallow sense, and not as a hunt for some decorative “style,” but as a process of understanding what your work is really about, what themes return in it, what kind of perspective is quietly taking shape beneath your choices, and how style becomes stronger when it grows out of meaning rather than replacing it.

In The Artist Monetization Intensive, we turn to the question artists are so often left to face alone, and often much too late. We speak about money without euphemism, but also without vulgarity. We look at the actual ways artists earn, at what is being sold in different formats, at why people buy, at how pricing works, at what collectors need in order to trust, at what galleries really do, and at why visibility, validation, and economic reality cannot simply be wished away by talent.

This is not an overproduced online course, and it is not meant to flatter you. It is a recorded intensive, dense with thought, accompanied by a cleaned transcript, smart study notes, and reflection materials, so that you are not left alone with two videos and a rush of impressions, but have something you can return to, work through, and use.

This bundle may be especially useful if you know, perhaps privately and with some shame, what it is to think:

I have talent, but I still do not feel clear.
My work is not empty, but it still does not hold together.
I do not yet know what my art is really about.
I am tired of searching for a style as if it were something to be put on from the outside.
I do not understand how artists actually make money.
I do not know how to think about pricing without discomfort.
I do not know whether I need a gallery, an audience, a curator, collectors, or simply more time.
I am tired of advice that is either naive or insulting.

If this sounds familiar, then this intensive was made for you.
